How long will it take for the food and treats to arrive?

It should take approximately 2-5 working days

How do I buy online?

  • Browse our range of products
  • Select the item you desire and click “Add to bag”
  • Once you are done shopping either click on the big heart on the top right or on “my bag”
  • If you are happy with your selection click “Proceed to checkout”
  • Enter your contact and delivery details or Login if you have purchased Maxhealth before
  • Review your order one last time on the right hand side
  • Click on “Place Order” under payment
  • Your order will be placed and you will receive an email with the details
  • Once you have done the Direct Transfer your order will be processed and delivered

Can I buy from your physical store?

Yes, we have many stores to choose from. Please have a look at our stores page to find the store or clinic closest to you

Do I need to create an account?

Not at all. You can buy our food without creating an account. The advantages of creating an account however, will speed up any future checkouts, store delivery and billing details, as well as enable you to view order history.
